Going public would not impact your existing investment. However, you may have the option to convert your investment into equity shares at that time.

No, this offering does not include dividends. Returns are paid annually as interest.

Are BoxHouse shares transferable?

This offering is not structured as a share-based investment, so transferability does not apply.

What is Regulation D (Reg D)?

Regulation D allows private offerings to raise capital from accredited investors without registering with the SEC. This BoxHouse opportunity is a Reg D 506(c) offering.

What is Regulation A / Reg A+?

Reg A allows companies to raise capital from the general public, including non-accredited investors. BoxHouse is not currently offering Reg A investments.
